Louis Smith Construction worked in tandem with Blythe Construction to complete the site concrete at the new Capital One Data Center in Chesterfield’s Meadowville Technology Park. One of the highlights of the work completed by Louis Smith Construction was the installation of a new pervious concrete product called Grasscrete.
