Meadowville Technology Park, located in Chesterfield County, is a mixed use business center designed to bring technology related businesses to the Commonwealth. Louis Smith Construction worked on the roadway and pedestrian infrastructure that make up Meadowville Technology Parkway. In order to meet the needs of the new Amazon.com distribution facility, as well as other future businesses, more than 17,000 lf of CG-7 and CG-3 were installed. Also, over 5,600 lf of 5′ wide sidewalk was poured. A decorative concrete roundabout was installed to ease large truck traffic entering and exiting Meadowville Technology Parkway. This work was completed in conjunction with George Nice and Sons, Inc.
