Louis Smith Construction worked in conjunction with Possie B. Chenault to solve storm water drainage issues along Walmsley Boulevard between Branchwood Drive and Chesco Road in the City of Richmond. Louis Smith Construction crews built two 7′ square junction boxes, one 10′ tall and the other 6′ tall. Both of the junction boxes were modified. One box had a slot formed in the side for a grass ditch to tie into, while the other box had a DI-1 frame and grate cast in the top to catch extra water run-off.
