A new financial services processing center was opened by Bank of America in Henrico at the White Oak Technology Park in early 2012. Louis Smith Construction was responsible for installing 170 lf of 24 in. wide trench drain, 16,000 lf curb / curb and gutter, 2,300 syd of reinforced concrete paving, as well as 2,400 syd of sidewalk. Additionally over 20 bollards with 1 in. thick steel sidewalls were installed at the site ranging in sizes from 4 to 10 inches wide.
