Kjellstrom + Lee Construction was tasked with updating and revitalizing the drive aisle located at SunTrust Mortgage South of the James in Richmond. Louis Smith Construction assisted by replacing the brick paver drive aisle with 21,000 sq. ft. of high strength, slightly colored, concrete. The process included the removal of excess stone in order to make room for the 5″ thick concrete (reinforced with 6 gauge wire), the resetting of granite parking bumpers, and the installation of a galvanized angle iron at the termination of the concrete paving area.
