The Shops at White Oak Village, located on the eastern side of Richmond, VA, was a large scale retail development project. Louis Smith Construction, working for KBS, provided all site concrete work. The project lasted for approximately a year and a half and was completed in October, 2008. To date, the Shops at White Oak Village has been the largest job completed by Louis Smith Construction.
The job included: 8,850 syd of concrete paving, 19,200 syd of sidewalk, and 73,000 lf of curb / curb and gutter.
