The continually expanding national drugstore chain, Walgreens, added a second store in the Mechanicsville area off of Mechanicsville Turnpike. Jones Realty & Construction Corporation chose Louis Smith Construction as the site concrete contractor responsible for curb and gutter, sidewalks, ADA ramps, dumpster pads, as well as bollards at this new retail establishment. The work performed on this site included 38 bollards, 1,000+ lf of “Walgreen” profile Curb and Gutter, and the installation of brick ADA tiles. All of the site concrete was completed in less than three weeks.
