Located in the West End of Richmond, Collegiate School continues to improve and expand upon their main, Mooreland, campus as part of their Centennial Campaign. Louis Smith Construction had the pleasure of working at the private K-12 college preparatory school with F. G. Pruitt, as they were responsible for all of the site work included in the school’s most recent improvements. In addition to building a new loop road entering the campus from Mooreland Road, additional parking facilities were added near the Seal Athletic Center. Louis Smith Construction provided trench drain installation, various sidewalks, and a colored concrete compass at the lower campus. For this project a strict time table was necessary in order to complete the project, yet not disturb classes at this school’s historic campus.
